My first observation is that every paragraph needs a simple sequential number.

Thanks.  I haven't numbered yet because it's still work in progress and I find it easier to number them last in case I change anything.

Well, for me, that just makes it a little too difficult to identify paragraphs I might like to comment on.

I'll leave it for someone else. Sorry.

Well thanks anyway.  I just know that I find it easier to number paragraphs on a completed document rather that make alterations and the numbers go to pot.

Where you say "included in evidence" you need to change it to reference Exhibit numbers (your initials 1, your initials 2, etc.).  As seen in the exemplar WS bundles by @SJRRJS or @aphex007

And Excel v Lamoureux is not used on its own!  Far more important is Excel v Smith because that was on appeal = persuasive.

And you need both transcripts as Exhibits. Search the forum for Excel Lamoureux Smith to find a WS where someone has already written a perfect paragraph and I reckon you'll also find both transcripts as dropbox links.

And you need the Parking News Article by SCS Law about keeper liability. It's linked on the Parking News thread I started a year or more ago.  An important Exhibit.

Even more important is quoting from the POFA 2012 the section in Schedule 4 that says that keeper liability is only possible where the driver's details are not known.  Paragraph 4 maybe, go take a look!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
