Hanover insolvency

Has anyone got any idea if this company has gone ? They are still taking money out of my bank but I can't get on to the Web site or emails and phone calls are going nowhere .?   
Anyone have any ideas please 🙏

Want to give a little more clues as to which company you are talking about? There is Hanover a corporate comms company, Hanover Re a multinational reinsurer, Hanover Scotland a housing association... there are over 3,000 companies who's name includes Hanover just in England and Wales.

Companies House shows its changed its structure and become part of Hanover House Holdings which is owned/operated by the same chap, was only filed in November but too effect last year.  No notices filed with the Gazett of administrators or insolvency.

Their website is returning a 500 response code suggesting an error with their server, a lot of smaller companies (though they had £19m of turnover in 2021) cohost website and mail so a reasonable chance if ones down so is the other.

I've been looking my self at hanover insolvency, I've come across this post as I too can't get onto their website. I have found in the last few minutes that it looks like another company has taken over them. I can't post the link as I've just registered on here but Google search ebenegate which should bring up a website for said company that's taken over.
I really hope they don't mess things up as I'm near on completed my term with hanover and my last payment has been taken.

I came across you post while searching myself why I cant get in contact with them even my emails were bouncing back. I spoke to step charity who gave me very helpful information that you can type in Google insolvency register and search your own name where it will tell you who you IVA is with (she said that's the quickest way to find out if they had been taken over by someone) after fdojng that I managed to find a different phone number for Hanover and have just been in contact with them. They lovely lady I spoke to said just before Christmas their system went down and they still haven't managed to sort the phone or email yet but in future use this phone number and they can put us through to who we need to speak to. Just signed up so I can put you all at ease because if you was anything like me I was seriously stressed by not knowing if they were still operating 🤣 the number I got through on is 01273096697
