replacing electric grill element

to save money, I'm looking buy a new element and replace it myself if I can
so is it easy to do ? - its a belling range cooker and its only one half of a dual grill thats died.

Standard response ..... 'if you have to ask - no, you can't do it'!
It is easy, if you know how to. But it can be both difficult and potentially dangerous if you don't. The spares tend to be sold with the disclaimer to this effect. i.e. only to be fitted by competent people. And you'll possibly invalidate any remaining warranty?
If you do intend to go ahead regardless - look for one of the spares sites that show a schematic of your model in order you can ID what you need to remove to get at the connections. And do fully isolate it (electrically) if you go ahead! Example of spares prices here :
