Talk about incoherent particulars of claim!
Don't remove the rest of the Template Defence. Looks like you had?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes, I have already created a draft email for my defence via PDF addressed to ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk and the Solicitor at dcb ltd.KeithP said:With a Claim Issue Date of 23rd December, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 25th January 2023 to file your Defence.
That's nearly four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence and it is good to see that you aren't leaving it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.0 -
Ahh "Parking" The scanned jpg to pdf anomaly got me on that one!KeithP said:
Perhaps you should ask Yasmin that. She has used that word in the Particulars of Claim.jamest70 said:

I will add the rest of the template, I had removed believing it wasn't relevant.Coupon-mad said:Talk about incoherent particulars of claim!

What is a Paoong Charge? ???
The one sure fact is that after an interpreter puts this into English, Yasmin has lied about the £160 owed
Yasmin, if she is real, must understand what contempt of court means ???
Yasmin often signs as a statement of truth either £60 or £70 as damages ?
WHY £60 for some and £70 for another ?
BOTH ARE A SCAM

Is this just a glitch caused when the image was scanned & saved?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes, as I was telling Keith P above. I used a phone scanner and then converted to pdf.Coupon-mad said:Is this just a glitch caused when the image was scanned & saved?1 -

Yes, I had forgotten about that issue. OCR does not work very well with pictures - I hate those clients of mine who insist on taking bloody photos of letters with their bloody iPhones and texting them to me. Usually those under 35 years of age, a snap and send brigade. Please scan to pdf and email.

Update:
Filed my defence via email and received a letter confirming receipt, which reads as follows:"I acknowledge receipt of your defence. A copy is being served on the claimant (or the claimant's solicitor). The claimant may contact you direct to attempt to resolve any dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the claimant will inform the court that he wishes to proceed. The court will then inform you of what will happen.Where he wishes to proceed, the claimant must contact the court within 28 days after receiving a copy of your defence. After that period has elapsed, the claim will be stayed. The only action the claimant then take will be to apply to a judge for an order lifting the stay."
I sent to SAR requests, one to UK Parking Control Ltd who responded within 10 days with the relevant info and the other to DRPL who have not responded as yet, (Monday 06/04) will be day 28.
I'm looking forward to the next stage in this sad little saga.0
