RBS Switch - No Switching Incentive Received

Was expecting an incentive payment of £175 after switching my Lloyds Classic current account to my existing RBS current account in September this year.

To the best of my knowledge I satisfied all the eligible criteria as set out in the Switcher Teaser document which included the T&Cs. The payment should in my case have been paid by 29 December 2022.

I was informed today via the chat line that I do not qualify as I received an incentive payment when I switched to RBS in late 2020.

This has me stumped in that the teaser document makes no mention of earlier switches and refers only to new or existing customers. If it had stated that those who had received previous incentive payments would not qualify, I wouldn't have bothered. Not entirely sure whether to escalate this or just let it drop.

Anyone else had a similar experience please?
