TUI Air Passenger Duty Refund Admin Fee?

Hi all,
Recently had to cancel (on the day) a package holiday with TUI due to illness. Just wondering if it is worth claiming back the air passenger duty from them (for 3 passengers) or do they charge an admin fee which makes this not worth claiming.
I can find nothing on their website/in their terms and conditions.
Any help much appreciated.
