Section 75 or chargeback?

I ordered from an american company blissy using their UK website. I ordered on 25 november, in their black friday sale. My items would have normally cost £106 but i got them for £75. So the items have been stuck in London since 8 december and the company won’t tell them when to expect it.  I did a quick check in trustpilot and this seems to be common issues.  I am going to ask for a refund but it seems unlikely.

I paid by credit card so I was thinking of asking my credit card provider for a refund. However, I am not sure if section 75 applies.  The MSE guide says you can apply for section 75 if you are ordering from a different country. However, I am not sure if it applies if you charged under £100 to your credit card. Would chargeback be better for me? Any advice?

S75 is best, however wont work as due to the value of the items. Contact your bank for a chargeback.

You paid £75, so NO S75 would not apply, but you also mention "Item's". For S75 it is per item price, not order price.

So chargeback is the only option. But if it is a Mastercard you used. You will have to wait till 08/01/23 to start the process. Visa you can start now.
