I am presently embroiled in a never ending "discussion" with Deliveroo over a refund for three Morrisons.grocery items that. were wrong or not delivered. Two items were refunded but not the 3 soup cartons. Ive involved Resolver but even that isnt going well.
does anyone know (1) do Morrisons have any liability for refunding this charge and secondly if I ask Santander to chargeback the transaction can they CB the part I want the refund for or will they CB the full amount.
The whole thing is a mess and could have been sorted in minutes by Deliveroo

Resolver is pointless. I believe a chargeback can only be against the full amount.

Were the 3 soup cartons missing or rejected on delivery?0

If you ordered through Deliveroo, rather than Morrisons using Deliveroo for the delivery, I doubt if Morrisons have any liability.

I've just noticed another error on the till receipt.I ordered 6 sweet clems at 28p each but got sent 6 bunches and thought I'd made a mistake when ordering but the till receipt shows I only paid £1.68 ...hadnt noticed that before...as quite a lot of the fruit were not fit for eating and went in the bin one loss equals out one gain....picker must have had a bad day. All in all best thing is just forget all this and move on...thx for your comments
