TransUnion Verification Problems

Hey everyone,
I recently applied to open an easy-access savings account with a new bank and I was told they were unable to verify my identity.
Speaking to their support team they said they use TransUnion to do their credit checks so I should contact them.
I then went onto the TransUnion website to see if I could do their statutory credit report and once again it said they haven't been able to verify and validate my identity.
I’m confident this is because I have just moved into a new flat which is a new build property. I’m just a bit unsure how to go about fixing this, how do I make sure companies like TransUnion have up to date details?
I sent them an email a couple of weeks ago, but haven’t heard back from them.
Any help would be massively appreciated!

Apply to go on the electoral roll.
Update all existing bank accounts, credit cards, loans, mobiles etc.
Wait a few months for everything to filter through.
It's always awkward applying after just moving home.
Have you tried applying for your report by postMortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -

Wait a few months for everything to filter through.I’ve did all those things before applying for the account. Perhaps I just didn’t give it long enough to filter through as you say (I moved early November).
I haven’t applied by post for my report though, so that’s something I will look into.
I appreciate your help, hopefully I’ll get it all sorted soon!
Have a nice day1
