ovo energy, not able to post electric readings.

I've been trying to post our electric readings for 24th December but it just says there has been a problem, come back later. Ths gas ones went through ok. I've tried 2 computers, 2 browsers and 4 days. Anyone else had this problem or can suggest a solution? I'll contact them later this week and see if they will take email readings.

bit weird not sure whats happening. bit of a differnt problem. just submitted gas and electric readings to see if we could. looked like they were accepted fine so waited 15 mins for it to update the bills and things. came back and its accepted and used the electric but its saying its not had a recent gas reading at all and its not showing the reading we gave anywhere. no error message. just missing!

It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?
Please consider buying some pet food and giving it to your local food bank collection or animal charity. Animals aren't to blame for the cost of living crisis.0 -

Having spoken to someone they have entered the numbers.It'll be interesting to see if the fault has been corrected on 24th Jan with next reading.
