One beds - price per sqm premium compared to bigger apartments

Hello all,
Looking to buy my first property, so apologies in advance for basic questions.
I'm researching one bed period apartments in Angel, London. I have notices one beds are priced at premium compared to bigger apartments/houses when looking at per square meter prices.
Is this typical for central London/ one beds in general? The ask for one apartment I have my eyes on is 32% higher than average per square meter paid in this street in 2021 and 2022. However, there has only been three transactions. This is a nice quiet square, all apartments/houses were built at the same time at the end of 19th century. There is no council flats in this square.
This % difference doesn't really make sense to me, what do you think?
Thank you in advance.

Property is not really priced or marketed per square meter in this Country. You will never get a sensible result using that comparison.

Whilst we do not tend to use price per square metre in this country even where they do there is a variance. The reason that larger flats are slightly cheaper is that all properties have to have a kitchen, bathroom heating etc so the cost of adding on bedroom space is small by comparison. Even within Angel there is a lot of variables depending on which floor, size and specification of original building whether elegant town house or smaller terrace.1
