  • Yes, and that isn't actual Experian, it is taken from there.
    The affordability part is way off, many have complained but it doesn't change. It is however great for getting free info.
    I buy the next but one latest phone new for cash, then get a good sim for it.
    Old enough to know better...........

    I wouldn't get a 97% score when loan affordability and credit card affordability are weak and fair?

    The score is meaningless, but a good credit score (history) plus poor affordability can go hand-in-hand as I understand it.
    The credit history is what is behind the credit score and reflects how well you manage whatever credit you currently have and historically have had.
    The affordability is your ability to service further credit based upon what the credit reference agencies know about your income and outgoings.  Unless you told them, the CRA's likely know very little on that front in any case.
    It is quite possible that an individual has a certain amount of credit which they manage well and also limited income to support any further credit in addition that that which is already held.
