Nationwide missing statements

Good morning,
I've just been going through my bank statements and discovered that Nationwide do not seem to have given me the first statement for any of my 1Y triple access savers that I've had over the last year (6 in total). For each account I've received statement number 2 but not statement number 1. What's more peculiar is that this rule only seems to have applied for triple access savers and not regular savers or current accounts.
Has anyone else had this?

Is your statements available online? Have you asked nationwide if they can send you a copy?0

The statements aren't available online. I've messaged them and they've ordered me copies of my statements. I'm just puzzled as to why they never provided them in the first place and why this seems to be specific to 1Y triple access savers. I also wanted to see if this was an issue specific to my accounts or whether this is affecting people across the board.GTR_King said:Is your statements available online? Had a similar problem, if you call them they are able to order statements to you by post.0
