Crime/Bad neighbours under 16

Op, sadly you will have to look at moving, whilst there are laws to deter such behaviour, there is also burden of proof etc which can give overworked services a get out.

Pushing on the parents to take responsibility may cause further issues as it will be easier to harass you than take responsibility for their kids. Sadly it's not probably what you want to hear but in the longer term is better health wise for you.

For a moment I thought that said seal. I would love to have a seal in the House of Commons, especially that one that plays music on horns.

Mind you, it would still be hard to distinguish from all the other fat flabby wet creatures making honking noises.

That's the sort of attitude that allows the bad behaviour to continue. 

If enough people stand together and support each other to put pressure on the Police and other agencies progress can be made. You just have to be determined and say 'enough is enough'. 

We own our home so moving isn't an option but by working with other neighbours, the Police & a local councillor our area has improved.

What the criminal kids have been exited?  Well that's a result!

Hopefully they'll be a bit better with their new neighbours!
