Looking for some wisdom…

I’m due to exchange on 3rd Jan and complete on 10th. My mortgage provider (NatWest) have updated their online tracker to say they’ve received a Certificate of Title Report and will review it before releasing the mortgage funds. 

Any idea what kind of thing is included in the Report?

    Generally not much more than confirming everything is fine from the bank's point of view and when the solicitors want the cash.

    If there are any problems for the bank to consider, hopefully your solicitor will already have discussed them with you.

    Nothing (as far as I’m aware) for the lender to worry about from the solicitor, but good to know what kind of info they’ll be reviewing.
