LPA - Donor cant see own LPA at OPG website

Hi,

I've just regsitered an LPA. I already have an OPG online account because I an attorney for my mother.

When I log into my Attorney account I can see my mothers LPA but I cannot see my own LPA.

Is this correct? Do I need a seperate donor account?

I'm in the same position and it appears that there are two separate accounts - very clumsy system.

this is for the one you use for your mother:

this is for the one you are creating:

https://www.lastingpowerofattorney.service.gov.uk/login

BTW there is no email notification when the LPA moves between stages - logging in shows that my own LPA has moved from 'received' to 'checking' since I last looked.
