THE MASKED SINGER SERIES 4 PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw in relation to The Masked Singer programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 23 December 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS and online at 10.00am on Monday 6 March 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Friday 10 March 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone – call 0906 878 2200 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.00 plus your network access charge.

Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). Prize:

There is one (1) prize of £80,000, a car and holiday vouchers.

(i) £80,000 cash

This element of the prize consists of £80,000 (eighty thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) A car

This element of the prize consists of a MINI Countryman Plug in Hybrid car in Nanuq White including automatic transmission, first registration fee, road tax for the first year and number plates (“Car”).

The prize provider of the Car will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Car to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner however please note that delivery of the car may be subject to delay due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car and, a current driver’s licence and a current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Please note that the Car will include mileage for promotional purposes.

(iii) Holiday vouchers

This element of the prize consists of the winner’s choice of a single or multiple On The Beach holiday(s) as available at https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/ (“Chosen Holiday(s)”), up to a maximum value of £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds) (“Total Travel Amount”). The winner must email the prize provider of the Chosen Holiday(s) to redeem their prize.

Subject to availability, the winner may select their chosen destination(s) and trip duration, provided that the Chosen Holiday(s) are within the Total Travel Amount. Subject to the Chosen Holiday(s), the winner may include hotel accommodation, return flights and return transfers between the destination airport and hotel accommodation and such other elements as are agreed with the prize provider of the Chosen Holiday(s). Please note that the Chosen Holiday(s) include fast track airport security and lounge access for the winner and their companion(s).

The winner may choose any number of companion(s) for the Chosen Holiday(s) but the winner must be named as the lead passenger on the Chosen Holiday(s). If more than one (1) holiday is selected, the winner may choose to travel with different companion(s) on each holiday, provided that on each given holiday, the companion(s) must travel on the same itinerary as the winner. Where the winner’s companion(s) are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the Chosen Holiday(s).

The Chosen Holiday(s) must be within the Total Travel Amount. If the Chosen Holiday(s) are worth more than £20,000, the winner must pay any cost above £20,000 at the time of booking. If the Chosen Holiday(s) cost under £20,000, no cash exchange will be offered and the remaining amount will be lost if not spent by the Expiry Date (as defined below).

The Chosen Holiday(s) must be booked, taken up and concluded by 31 August 2025. There are no blackout dates however dates and accommodation are subject to availability. The booking request form for the Chosen Holiday(s) must be received by the Prize provider of the Chosen Holiday at least thirty (30) days prior to the requested travel dates. Once the booking has been made, no changes will be permitted. If the Chosen Holiday is not a booked, taken up and concluded by 31 August 2025, the prize and/or any credit (as applicable) will be deemed forfeited and no alternative prize will be provided.

The winner and the companion(s) must hold a current and valid passport and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements (including any health, medical or other screening requirements) to travel to their chosen destination. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the Chosen Holiday(s).

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of the Chosen Holiday(s) of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the prize, and to adhere to (i) any applicable health, (ii) safety guidelines and (iii) Government’s Covid-19 related guidelines from the relevant jurisdiction.

The prize excludes spending money, travel insurance, any amounts payable locally such as resort fees, tourist and/or other taxes, and any other items or expenses not listed above.

The Chosen Holiday(s) may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, exchanged for cash.

The Chosen Holiday(s) are subject to the prize provider of the Chosen Holiday(s)’ terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/terms_of_business and the terms and conditions of third party suppliers providing the travel arrangements included in the Chosen Holiday(s) (such as accommodation providers, transfer providers and airlines).
