MSE Credit Club Broken Verification email not being received

I have attempted numerous times to have a verification email sent to me and have never received on. I have raised with MSE, raised a complaint and am now at a loss as unable to access or use this really critical service. What is strange is that I receive the monthly emails from MSE from the exact same email address saying my credit report has been updated, so why are the verification emails not being received. Really odd, as if the same email this is not blocked, has no rules in my mail box. This is my very last attempt at getting MSE Credit Club to honour and help what is a very simple issue.

    I've checked with my colleagues who look after the Credit Club and they'd really appreciate it if you could email them on creditclub@moneysavingexpert.com so they can assist you further with this matter.

  • I already have, they could not help me. I raised 3 complaints. Not very happy you cannot help anymore.

  • I just want to have your IT team check that it is not being blocked by a bug, firewall or any other issue on your end, that's all I am asking. Sstrange how all other emails from same address are being sent and these are not coming through. Is this not too much to ask?

    We'll certainly look into the matter further - the best way to proceed is to email the credit club team (from whichever address you have registered with the credit club) as they have access to the relevant systems and can find your specific details, which we can't do on the public forum.
