COL for New UC Claimants - Applied Early December 2022

Would new claimants get this or not? They were granted asylum in November, applied for UC in December. If they don't, would they get the £900 next year instead? They have a a U5 child as well, (CB not yet processed).

    They will not be eligible for the 2022 payments. They may qualify in 2023 but we don’t yet know the qualifying requirements.
