So how do you know which cases? And did the form explain that/ offer links to the necessary information? Trying to negotiate HMRC is difficult at the best of times, without them changing the rules and not altering the forms to suit!housebuyer143 said:

A qualified accountant should be aware of any changes HMRC have made. That is his job.
