Has anyone taken Car Parking Partnership to Court?

For some months now I have been communicating with Car Parking Partnership about a parking charge which I am not going to pay. They hinder any resolution by withholding information and by making it very difficult to create a sensible line of communication. It's nearly time to take them on and to probably issue proceedings against them in the Courts.
Is there anyone else out there in the same boat I wonder?

Yep, you don't take THEM to court.  In almost any case like this, you don't have a cause of action.

Ignore them.  Get the landowner to cancel it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No point in wasting your money, this is a game with scammers.
Let Car Parking Partnership waste their time and money.
No point in dealing with the brain dead, ignore everything until you get a letter before claim. Then come back here where the fun starts

  • The consensus, for which many thanks to all, is that I would be wasting my time so I stop and I will sit and await developments.
The original reason for going into the swamp was to drain and to help any who may have been frightened by CPP and their actions. So I hope there are no unfortunates out there who have been, or who are now, being scammed by CPP.
Best to you and thank you all.

There will be hundreds - yesterday, today, tomorrow (~10 million motorists across the UK last year), until the new Code of Practice is fully operational and the private parking sector is brought under some degree of control. But, there will still be many millions blighted, by using private car parks, then largely from not reading the signage on site and complying. Every act of compliance brings the sector closer to its knees.
