Hi there
We recently relocated to Scotland and have released some equity on our house. We are currently renting but will be looking to buy when the right property comes along. We are trying to decide where best to keep our 50k remaining equity in the meantime and would love some advice.
Any info is very much appreciated.
Thanks
Martyn

The Coventry limited access account, paying 3.25% from January maybe a good option. It allows 6 withdrawals a year. For higher you will need a fixed rate but it sounds like you could suddenly need the money.0
