My understanding is that the CRAs get their information from the insolvency register.
Your IVA will be on your credit file for six years from the date it was approved.
Happy to be corrected on this if it's not quite right (I do a lot of DROs but not IVAs)0 -
I did. Not sure I *had* to and I can't remember the timing, but I think I had seen the update on the Insolvency Register but nothing seemed to be filtering through to my reports, so I emailed the certificate to the agencies.
