PayPal Credit Direct Debit

Hi
Does anyone use PayPal Credit and employ the direct debit option. I've tried to setup a direct debit to pay the balance in full but seem to be failing miserably. On my most recent attempt I thought I may have fallen foul of the time delay and therefore did a manual payment but now I'm into month 2 and again there is no indication on the statement that a direct payment will be taken. I'm very confused and a little frustrated. Can anyone explain what I'm doing wrong?
Cheers

Ask PayPal. They are the ones who set it up, not you.1
