Can someone please tell me how to contact Evri and actually speak to a person. I have two parcels from 2 different companies that have been damaged with Evri since the 10th December. The virtual chat is a waste of time as once you put in the tracking number it gives you the same information as what you already have and it won’t let you ask any questions.

  • i think not being able to contact them is a feature not a bug. Had the same issue with another courier recently.

There was a recent thread that developed into a huge row so was possibly removed by the FT, that suggested there was now no real way of guaranteeing being able to speak to a real human. All the normal ways seem to have been disabled.

It is up to sellers to make sure that you receive items that you order online.  Have you contacted them?  This might be more fruitful than trying to contact Evri - that is the senders' (unfortunate) problem.

As stated, it's the senders' problems. Unless you organised the delivery with the courier.
The chances of the courier being bothered or able to do anything about a damaged parcel you received are probably below zero.
Let the senders know and if they're damaged that you need refunds, ask for them.
Anyone using any courier should know the risks involved with them and be able to deal with problems arising from that.

You don't have a contract with EVRI so no need to contact them.

Just contact the company you bought from and let them know it arrived damage and arrange for the parcels to be collected and replacements sent.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
