Good Garages

I have been searching around on the site for a list of recommended garages, but couldn't find one.

I only found a thread on recommended garages in Wales.

The only external site I have found is

Does anyone else know of any other sites that could be used to find good garages.

Only problem I can see is that on this site in particular they nearly all, if not all, tend to have gleaming 5 star ratings across the board. Have to wonder if the garage is singing their own praises on the site, although on the other hand if they are placing themselves open to public criticism on the internet and freely advertise the URL and facilities of the site in the garage, then you would expect to see some unhappy people if there are any.

dont trust any sites like that.
ask in the forums for recommendations from members. try a car marque forum for your car.

does the AA still do a list of star rated garages?
