British gas randomly "settle" my account?

Got this notification that British Gas have settled my accounts? But as far as I know nothing has changed. I haven't missed any payments or changed anything at all at BG. Just been paying my DD as normal month on month (I am also in credit).

Check the data on your actual files. The alert is probably nonsense..0

British Gas recently updated their systems & migrated existing customers. As a result they closed accounts on the old system & opened new ones on the new system. All BG customers will find they’ve got settled accounts showing on their credit files.0

I recognise where you got that from and they are very unreliable. However it is as the above poster says.Old enough to know better...........0
