Ticketmaster refund

I bought two tickets for a concert that has been cancelled twice, I asked Ticketmaster for a refund and they said yes. The credit card account I used to buy them on has now been cleared and shut down. It was a goldfish card which no longer exists, Ticketmaster have refunded the money £590 to an account that doesn’t exist and says take it up with goldfish which also doesn’t exist. It’s been seven weeks now and despite numerous emails nothing has changed and no money has bounced back to Ticketmaster….. HELP

You need to deal with Goldfish, or whichever finance company operated the Goldfish card. Ticketmaster have done all they're obliged to do.0
