DAY 9

DAY 8

The sponsor of this Giveaway is Micron Consumer Products Group, a division of Micron Semiconductor Products, Inc., which operates Crucial.com (“Crucial” or “Sponsor”). By participating in this Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you (“you” or "Participant") agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, do not participate.

No Purchase Necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. This agreement includes certain indemnification obligations of participants.

1. How to Enter: To enter, you must perform the action required as specified in the applicable Crucial MCPG Technology giveaway announcement. 3. Winner Selection:

   1. Prize Selection. Sponsor will select the potential winner(s) through a random drawing among all Participants on the date identified in the applicable announcement. Once a potential winner is selected, the potential winner will be notified by e-mail. The potential winner must provide information requested by the Sponsor to establish eligibility, including at a minimum the winner’s first and last name, email address, shipping address, and telephone number. Except where otherwise prohibited, a potential winner will be required to sign all releases and consents (and, if applicable, obtain all third party releases and consents) and affidavits or statements of eligibility that Sponsor deems necessary and provide such personal information as the sponsor may request, including personal information used for purposes of tax documentation. Potential winners of prizes over $600 will be required to provide a tax file number or other applicable tax identifier for tax reporting purposes. 4. Prizes:

8. Severability: A term or part of a term of these terms and conditions that is illegal or unenforceable may be severed from these terms and conditions and the remaining terms or parts of the term of these terms and conditions continue in force.

Release and Indemnity: Participant agrees to and does hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Micron Group”) and the Micron Group’s employees, representatives, officers, directors and agents from and against any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury relating to this Promotion or awarding, receipt, possession use, and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein and acknowledge that neither the Micron Group nor its employees have made or are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied , in fact or in law, relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitations:

a. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED, EACH PRIZE IS AWARDED "AS IS". SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF NONINFRINGEMENT, IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES, OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITHOUT LIMITATION.

b. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, damaged or interrupted Submission or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any entry. Sponsor also is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation, or downloading of any materials, in this Giveaway.

c. Anyone else having issues with some of the entry routes? For example, if I go to follow or tweet/retweet on Twitter, I have to authorise the app (which I do) then the box closes and doesn't let me follow/retweet, and so doesn't register as a completed entry.
