Return item Parcelforce express 24 (post office)

Hi just returning an item. Used parcelforce express 24 directly through their website. Now its telling me to drop it off at my local post office which is great but does it go by the weight of the item to determine whether I go to the post office or my local parcel force depot?

 

My item weighs 25.5kg so do I just literally walk in to any local post office and leave it with them waiting for a parcelforce delivery driver to collect it or because of the weight does it need to go to a parcel force depot? I am following instruction to go to a post office but there just something in my head telling me im going to get to my local post office and be told different because of the weight of the item? I have already attached the label on to the box.

It's under 30kg so post office should take it, you will find out when you get there, follow the instructions and don't stress yourself out for no reason

Some POs are very small and may refuse on the basis that they don't have sufficient space - I assume that the box is a fair size - 50cm cube or so.  I would choose a PO that you know has a bit of space.
