How do I choose what account to use to send money when using WISE?

Sorry but I'm confused and am trying to sort out sending CAD from my TD account to my GBP Barclays account.
I can't see anything on their website that shows me how to actually move the money from TD to Barclays. I'm well used to online banking both in the UK and in Canada but the WISE site just doesn't seem to allow me to clearly see what is happening.
I've got the TD details added to my account. I've got the Barclays details added to my account. I've even got some RBS details in case I ever need them (unlikely as they seem to charge for accepting a GBP payment.)
But when I go to the bit about transferring it doesn't show what account is being used and what direction the money is going. I'm obviously missing some trick somewhere!!
Potentially it will always be CAD (TD) > GBP but maybe not. But I'll worry about it having to flow the other way when I actually need that to happen.
Can anyone help?

Have you added the Wise account's details to your TD account? It'll go, TD - Wise CAD - Wise GBP - Barclays.

When you set up the international payment you'll be asked to select a method of payment. If you choose bank transfer it will give you details to make the payment from your TD account. Alternatively if you add funds to your Wise CAD wallet by sending it from TD, you can choose to pay for the transfer to Barclays GBP from that.
