With towel rails it depends how you drape the towels,if you place them so that towels are between rail and wall the towels they are nice and warm and radiator can do its job any other way you are insulating a radiator.

There used to be a fad for having knitted covers for cisterns to stop the problem with condensation, it would be a good test of your diplomatic skills if you received one as a present I always thought.0 -
Try lining the inside of the toilet? I've also tried using the micro absorbent granules to help with similar issues in the past.0
