I joined this website and duly got £5.00 free plays which you could use on Bingo, having played a few games I luckily won £25 and was delighted, thinking the site was similiar to other sites (my mistake) I deposited £10 and made a withdrawal request of £34.00 in total. Now apparently you're meant to deposit any money prior to winning so my withdrawal was incorrect.
I had an email today saying they couldn't process this due to my not having deposited money first, I accepted this, but what I didn't accept was that they completely removed the £25 from my account saying it was irregular winnings. Having emailed three times today asking for an explaination of an irregular winning, not once have they answered my question and keep fobbing me off with rubbish answers about their FAQs.
I am slowly getting really frustrated with them and feel I banging my head against a brick wall. They said I played as a guest and pointed out that I can win from bonuses applied to a new account but I cannot remove them. I was not playing as a guest, I had actually joined the bingo site.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I know I cannot have the money paid into my bank account but surely it is okay to leave the winnings in my account to play through. Can anyone offer me any advice? Is there something I've missed? Or has anyone had problems with Bingo Friends? I was wondering if it's because I've got a pregnancy brain at the mo but having read through the rules and the FAQs I cannot see anything that would suggest they'd do this.
Thanks all, happy christmas!
