    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

    But...for them to discontinue just a month after the defence went in, is not only highly unusual for QDR but it strongly suggests that this ticket possibly WAS (apparently, based on the photos and the fact they ran away so soon) issued outside of the boundary where UKPC can operate.

    i.e. it seems IMHO, that they are/were ticketing on public highway?

    Cannot think of another explanation.

    Please send your evidence to the BPA and DVLA (see post 5 of the NEWBIES thread for the DVLA complaints email).

    Please do an email complaint to both and insist that this is investigated as an allegation of a serious breach of the Code (issuing a PCN on public highway) and UKPC carried on and only gave up when they saw the court defence.
