Hi All, Wondering if any of you are able to cast a view on the next steps I should take and what my chances of success would be? In 2021 I was taken to court by a parking management company for my vehicle being parked in a Hotel car park in York . They were claiming £207 from the vehicle keeper with no evidence of driver.…
