EONNext: Smart meter readings not showing in account.

I had my readings set to monthly but changed it to half hour, i did that about three weeks ago, i thought by doing that it would show up in my account or is that not how it works?

    It's how it could work, but they seem to have decided not to actually do anything with the 30min readings most of the time.

    Even the usage graph on the app is monthly.

    Would make you eligible for the demand reduction trials though.

    My spreadsheet will do that my Smart spreadsheet will interact with me, why do they not come clean it is to see the power demand in the country at any one time.

    Try downloading the Bright app which should be able to give you the info you want.

    Thanks @[Deleted User]. I thought i was going blind looking through everything in my account, the monthly readings appeard. I haven't used their app is there any need of the app?

    I'm impressed that you've managed to access 30 minute readings from your meter with a spreadsheet.  How much did the DCC licence cost?

    And if you want to see power demand for the country, there are several places where this is recorded and presented in real time - even down to individual generator level.  No "coming clean" needed.

    I only use it to submit readings because my gas meter isn't smart yet.  It doesn't really do or show much different from the online account.

    They do at least note the highest and lowest daily usage, which they didn't before, so perhaps they're going to start doing something with the detailed data soon.
