Not got ovo dec £67 energy rebate
I pay for gas and elec smart meter DD on 12th . OVO send the government rebate on the 12th and it clears into my bank on the 13th (dependant on working days). It's now the 20th and my bank has not received any instructions for the DD credit of £67. I am not the only one from OVO how hasn't received Dec payment and it's past 5 working days. I now have to contact UC for a loan to cover the £67. Is anyone else in this position with OVO or other energy supplier?

Update I finally got through after an hour and they have confirmed there is a issue with DD payments and they have an escalation process BUT there is no timescale as to when I will receive the refund even me mentioning I now need to get a loan to cover short fall. Do I have any consumer rights in this situation?1
