Partial Chargeback Thread.com clothing retailer adminstration

-I used a clothing retailer for many years, without incident Thread.co.uk.
-I made a £700 order of clothes, medium size and big size as I always do and send back 1/2 the order and get a refund.
-I did this, photographed it, kept proof of sending then proof of delvery.
-Then received an email from the CEO saying they had become part of Marks and Spencers./..ok thought nothing of it.
-Didn't receive my refund so went to website to be shocked to learn what had actually happened is they had gone into Pre-pack administration. M and S had acquired them that way.

My question is, as my order was fulfilled, but I did return items, can I partially charge back some of the order? eg the value of the items that I returned?

So long as you have invoice showing item value of the returned along with the other stuff you have already said you have.
