So today I was using the Barclays app (IOS) & decided to see how far my statements go back etc, When I checked my statements 2015/2017 it showed the balances in $ instead of £ even on the desktop version was the same, never had this issue before

Update: I spoke to the bank who think it might be a software/tech issue & will get issue raised, but advised me to order the statements 2015-2017 (29th sept) paper copies to see if show balances in $, if they do Will go branch to see if they can help,

anyone else have this issue?

  • Just had a look at mine. 2017 is in $, 2018 onwards is in £.
I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.

Ooh I see dunno why lol,

ordered paper statements with affected dates let’s see if they are in £
  • To be clear here, you are just talking about the currency symbol "printed" on the statements being a "$" , not that the amounts are actually denominated in USD?

the digital PDF statements seems to be now back in £ app & online website

but Barclays did sent me copy paper statements of the the affected dates to just be sure (didn’t need or asked for them lol)
