I know that forum users are not allowed to advise others to avoid using certain businesses so all I will say is that in the past, I've used Twootz many times to purchase wild bird food and although they were sometimes a bit slow in sending out goods, their customer service people always replied to any communications sent to them.

Their service (both delivery times and customer service) has however, fallen off drastically in the past year or so and my last order with them has now reached the stage where I've had to contact my credit card issuer to request a chargeback for goods not delivered,

So, just a quick heads up. If you are thinking of using them to buy any bird food, make sure that you check out their reviews on Trustpilot first and if you do order, try and do so well in advance of when you actually want the goods.

This is the praise, vent and warning board so I’ve no idea where you’ve got the idea that you can’t warn people against using certain companies. It’s literally in the boards name 😃

Active boycotting

We appreciate emotions can run high should you experience poor service from companies, but we cannot accept active calls to boycott organisations as we are unable to verify the service you received.

Forum users can state what happened to them but shouldn't advise others to avoid using a particular business.
There is an active member on here who often reports such posts which gets those posts removed.

I suggested to people not to use a firm and got the post removed by MSE.  I hadn’t realised I was breaking the rules
