Amex Nectar Credit Card - how to claim points?

Hi there,

I recently signed up for the Amex Nectar Credit Card and have accumulated around 2,000 points but cannot see an obvious way of how to transfer them or spend them? I've linked my Nectar account up but nothing shows in the Activity section related to the credit card. On the Amex account, I can see how many points have been accrued but no button or seemingly obvious way to redeem or transfer the points.

I thought at first it may have been to do with my statement waiting for payment but this has since cleared but the points still remain. I would contact Amex themselves but they only offer a phone service which I'd rather not spend hours waiting on if I just need to click something.

Does anyone know how I can go about transferring them please?

Mine transfer across to the nectar account once a month without me having to do anything. My statement comes out on the 14th of the month and my points transfer across on about the 8th of the month.

Same, transfers should be happening automatically. Contact Amex if they're not.

Mine transfer themselves across around the time the statement is generated. If you look at the second last page of the statement, you should see the points they think you've earned that month and how many will be transferred? My statement only covers points earned up to a week before statement date so, if you had funny timing of spending/statement then it might be 2 months to get a transfer.
