    Hi all,

So everyone is home at the moment and will be virtually everyday until the new year. I have my boiler flow temp at 55. The attached is my thermostat. I set my day to 19 and night to 17.  Then the period is 10am to 10pm and the night is 10pm to 10am. Does this look right?

We don't get in until about 6 when schools resume so I am thinking day period of 5pm to midnight then night from midnight to 5pm.

Are these efficient settings? Thanks again.
Your current settings look reasonable to me. See how it goes. If you feel chilly at 19C, you can nudge up half a degree when you need it.

When school term starts in January, I might be inclined to tempt the kids out of bed with something more than 17C by adding another heating period. But that would cost a little more than your plan.

It will depend on your house and the people in it. Some houses are better insulated and it seems some people are too and can cope with cooler temperatures.

The lower you have the thermostat, the less gas you will use. Try those temps for a few days and see how it feels, adjust up or down as needed

You are all rockstar. I'll be asking Santa to put a little something extra in your stockings this season. You have no idea how much you have taken off my mind. Have a lovely weekend all.
