Full Bathroom Refurb Quote

Hi all
We have been quoted £9k for a full bathroom refurb, not including tiles. This includes the following:

Rip out and dispose of old bathroom
Full tiling of walls and floor (2.5m2 bathroom)
Install ceiling spotlights
Extend existing single shower to double (including build of stud wall and installation)
Install extractor
Install towel rail
Install jacuzzi bath (+ electrics)
Move toilet next to sink (both new) and enclose in units
(Without the jacuzzi, shower extension and toilet move, we were quoted £7k like for like.)

We are based on the South coast, so not sure how much that impacts pricing.
What do you think? Any average price sites I have checked don't come close, but then I can't get pricing for things like the moves and extensions.

Yes, everything except for the tiles.

It's a weird one - the previous owners extended slightly into the spare bedroom for the shower, housing it inside a cupboard!
