Hi guys, 

I have read the newbies forum and relevant threads under QDR but just looking for confirmation please as I’m a worrier & threat from QDR mentioning charge on my home. 

Windscreen PCN issued in August at a hospital carpark. Carpark electronic sign said full but barrier still lifted for entry and only spaces free were for restricted bays. Was told by a relative not to respond etc as these types of tickets are a known scam. Got an email from QDR solicitors collecting £142 on behalf of ZZPS or will take me to court and may put a charge on my home if I fail to pay. Im aware they have to prove the registered keeper was also the driver but NI law now states the registered driver is obligated to disclose the driver. Is it still best to ignore this threat from QDR?

Dear QDR, 

I'm in NI.  Stop wasting my time.  The driver is unidentified.  I am only the registered keeper.

You and I both know no court case will happen in NI. Kindly tell Gary Osner at ZZPS to wind his neck in.

If not, I'll report you both to the NI Consumer Council to send you packing.

haha, QDR the off shoot of the disgraced WRIGHT HASSALL SOLICITORS who the stupid BPA took on as an appeals service ... what a BPA scam that was

ZZPS .....  A MEGA SCAMMER who lives in LALA land and part of the BPA money scammers.

They are all complete scammers and ZZPS is known as the OSNER SCAM

He is the odd bod who scams people and he is BPA APPROVED and a board member of the BPA.   Proving without doubt that the BPA are money scammers

The fools at QDR might be stupid enough to go to court .... in NI, unlike in england who use a spanking cane for these fools, in NI they bleed
