To be clear you have to be in the top 36 to get a prize and you have to be number one to win the trip to Paris on the 20th January

KENZO will rank the Participants, in descending order, according to their Score in the Game, namely from the highest Score to the lowest (the "Ranking"). In the event of a tie between two Participants with the same Score, the Participant who obtained the said Score first during the Period will have beaten the other Participant. The second Participant will obtain the position just below in the Ranking.

When submitting the Form, Participants will receive a message on the Game informing them if their Score features among one of the thirty-six (36) best Participants at the time of submitting the Form.

However, only the thirty-six (36) best Participants in the Ranking at the end of the Competition (namely at the end of the Period) will be considered winners, and will win a Prize in accordance with the terms and conditions specified below in article 5 (the "Winner(s)").

Within fifteen (15) calendar days of the end of the Competition, KENZO will contact the Winners using the email address provided in the Form. The Winner must ensure that he/she checks his/her spam during this period.

Each Winner will have seventy-two (72) hours to confirm to KENZO, by return email, his/her interest in receiving his/her Prize. The Prize will be awarded in accordance with the terms and conditions laid out in Article 5 ("Prize"). Failing this, the Winner will not receive his/her Prize and will be considered as not interested and eliminated from the Competition. The unclaimed Prize will be not be allocated to another Participant.

In the frame of the Competition, KENZO offers Participants the chance to win one of the following Prizes, depending on their Ranking. A single natural person can only win one Prize.

-       Ranking No. 1

KENZO will offer the Winner ranked No.1 a personal invitation, without cash value or consideration, to the KENZO Autumn-Winter 2023 Fashion Show that will take place on January 20, 2023 (the "Invitation").

If the Participant's address is not in Paris (France), KENZO will pay for return transport between Paris and the Participant's address (Plane or train) and one night at a Hotel in Paris. KENZO will be free to choose the transport method and hotel, as well as the terms and conditions. The Participant's address taken into account by KENZO will be the one mentioned on his/her identity card in force at the end of the Competition.

The payment of the plane ticket, the night at the hotel and the presentation of the Invitation are subject, where applicable, to the Participant obtaining the necessary travel authorisations (in particular VISA and passport) and providing KENZO with all the information required for these bookings within the given deadlines. If the authorisations required are not obtained in time, KENZO may, at its discretion, decide to postpone the Invitation to the KENZO Spring-Summer 2024 Fashion Show. No further postponement will be accepted by KENZO and the Participant will not be able to claim any compensation for this.

Similarly, the Winner ranked No.1 whose address is in Paris (France) will not be able to make any claim, or claim any compensation or indemnity from KENZO due to the fact that he/she does not benefit from transport and a night at a hotel in Paris.

The Invitation to the fashion show, provided exclusively by KENZO, is nominative and strictly personal. It is free of charge and cannot be sold or transferred. It must be presented at the entrance to the Show.

Without prejudice to the above, in the event of an event beyond its control, in particular as a result of unforeseeable circumstances, KENZO reserves the right to replace the advertised Prize with a Prize of an equivalent value. The Winner will be informed of any changes.

§ Each winner from No.2 to No.6 in the Ranking will receive from KENZO a 'BOKE FLOWER' SWEATER | KENZO. Retail value: €390 incl. VAT.

§ Each winner from No.7 to No.16 in the Ranking will receive from KENZO a 'BOKE FLOWER' SWEATER | KENZO. Retail value: €350 incl. VAT.

§ Each winner from No.17 to No.36 in the Ranking will receive from KENZO a 'BOKE FLOWER' T-SHIRT | KENZO. Retail value: €170 incl. VAT.
