would they get hot enough for the stove top fans (that work on temp difference)?
A low temperature differential stirling fan would probably work. Don't expect one to be cheap though...
Most of the stove top fans use a Peltier device to generate electricity to spin the fan. Cheap to manufacture, but they require a high temperature differential to run. A radiator is unlikely to get hot enough.

Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.

It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?

Please consider buying some pet food and giving it to your local food bank collection or animal charity. Animals aren't to blame for the cost of living crisis.
