Just had a total of 4 INRs for parcels posted 2nd class small parcel about 2.5 to 3 weeks ago. Seems like chaos out there.

If the buyer has done an INR but only really to notify me and are quite understanding about the delay and don't really want refunding at the moment but the INR is about to expire do I have to refund or do I just leave it to go past the INR expiry date I'm not really sure.0

Best to refund and ask buyer to let you know if item arrives and re pay you. However that is not without difficulty as it will mean buyer actually bothering to refund, and also trying to swap details in order to invoice for payment.Buyer might be understanding , but they did open a case- so are obviously concerned and may well go for the refund.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Yes, although I thought they were less strict when communicating with a buyer compared with before the item was sold. Thanks anyway0

Just to confirm I was able to send my paypal email ID to the buyer so they can refund if the item does eventually turn up.2
