Wowcher holiday voucher problems

I am looking for some advice please as to where I stand legally or what I can do about this situation.
My daughters bought my husband and I vouchers for a 2 night break to Berlin from Wowcher. We redeemed them with Wowcher and were contacted by the company to take codes etc but in the meantime found that we were unable to make those dates.
I contacted the travel company Travelolo to explain this and they emailed back to say that we could either have a credit with them that is valid for a year or go back to Wowcher and get a Wowcher wallet credit for them. We wanted to do the later.
Meanwhile, I also had a call from the company who told me that I couldnt get a Wowcher wallet credit and only a credit with them valid for a year. So we have conflicting information from them. So I emailed them to ask which is the correct advice. No reply.
I have since emailed them 3 other times with no reply. Yesterday I called them. They took the Wowcher codes over the phone but then said I needed to put it all in an email. As you can imagine i was reluctant to do this as I have had no replies to my other emails, but the advisor assured me to put his name on the email and he would personally see to it within 24 hours. This I did. However they have not replied since then.
I dont know what to do or what my rights are. My daughters have lost a lot of money on these vouchers and I feel it is wrong that the company is just not replying. I have tried several times to contact Wowcher directly but they also do not reply to emails/What App.
Any advice please?
