I placed a order with Samsung shop uk on November the 26th.The parcel was supposed to arrive the next day but never did.Samsung then said it would be delivered the day after again it never arrived.i rang D.P.D and they said it got scanned by the wrong driver and they did not know where the parcel was.Then I recieved a email from dpd saying the parcel would be delivered the next day it never came.After a few days of endless false promises from Samsung I told them I wanted a refund.
They told me it would be 7-10 buisness days before I got it.I am still waiting.
Samsung are now saying that until they get the parcel back from D.P.D I would have to wait for my refund.How can I get a refund if dpd have misplaced it
