Bulb customer service
There is a small error in my Feed in Tariff statement and I have emailed hello@bulb.co.uk and complaints@bulb.co.uk three times in the last eight weeks with no response apart from an automated reply to the first email. Also on online chat and phone calls they promised to get back to me but never did.
Has anyone else had such bad customer service from Bulb?
